Use the GoToTraining App

We recommend downloading the GoTo Training app, which you can do when you register for your course. We’ve found that it reduces the chance of their being any technical issues for you on the day. If you are unable to do so for whatever reason then you are able to join via web browser — the best one to use is Google Chrome.

Get set up on GoToTraining

You will be sent a registration link in the Joining Instructions for your course.

Once you have registered with GoTo using this link, a Join Link will then be sent to the email address you used to register. This new Join Link should be used to join your training.

Reminder emails containing your Join Link will be sent directly from GoToTraining will be sent to you:

• 1 hour before training
• 1 day before training
• 1 week before
• At the time of registration

On the day of your course

You should join your training session 10-15 minutes before the start time, to ensure that you have downloaded and set up GoTo correctly. The course will start precisely on time and it may not be possible to go back over material missed by late arrivals.

Once the course starts, you will automatically join the session using the GoToTraining app or your web browser.
