Anders Olesen is the Director of the Beyond Budgeting Institute. In addition, Anders is a Partner in Basico, a Danish consulting company specialising in helping private companies improve their financial management practices. Before joining Basico, Anders worked 15 years in various finance and management positions in several international industrial companies; including Borealis which abolished traditional budgeting in the mid 90’s.
