Do you celebrate mistakes?

Encourage innovation in your organisation by celebrating mistakes. Find out more in this two minute video with Henry Stewart.

Hi, we are Happy

We are leading a movement to create happy, empowered and productive workplaces.

How can we help you and your people to find joy in at least 80% of your work?

Watch the session below

Do you all know the concept of ‘celebrate mistakes’? How many people have celebrated a mistake in the last couple of months? Let’s see if the rest of you can in the next couple of months.

This is the Church of Fail. It’s in Brighton and every month they get together with an altar and everything and they celebrate the best failures from the last month.

That’s a small example. A bigger example, Tata – who may not be the most popular name in the country at the moment, particularly if anyone’s from South Wales, but when the founder was retiring, he set up a failure award because he saw failure as a goldmine. And the more you can encourage failure, the more you’ll get innovation. So those are some little examples of things that are embodying the kinds of principles that we’re talking about.
