Established in 2013, Coursecheck was created to give companies that run great training courses a place to publish their feedback and show just how good they really are. This feedback is collated and published on their website, from real customers.
Happy has used Coursecheck to collect evaluation forms at the end of each training course for several years. We currently have over 6,700 public reviews, which you can view here, with an average score of 4.7 out of 5.

They very rarely talk to an actual customer. So it really means something to be rated best by our clients.”
This is reflected in the Gold Trusted Service Award that Happy has received from Feefo for the last two years, after receiving an average score of 4.8 out of 5 from customer reviews. Happy has also recently been recognised as a Finalist in the 2020 Apprenticeship Programme of the Year at the 2020 Learning Awards — again, recognising our commitment to high-quality learning that makes people feel happy, empowered and productive.
