Are you a courageous leader with some complex and challenging issues to address? Are you looking to take a different approach to solving these issues which is innovative, insightful and fully inclusive?
If so, LEGO Serious Play (LSP) could help you to move towards your goal.
LSP is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving methodology that uses LEGO bricks to engage participants in creative thinking, reflection and dialogue.
Course Overview
LEGO® Serious Play® is a globally recognised method used in leadership, team development, coaching and innovation. It helps people think differently—using their hands to unlock ideas and insights they might not reach through traditional discussion.
In this introduction, you’ll experience LEGO® Serious Play® for yourself, learn the science behind the method, and leave with the skills to begin using it in your own workshops or team sessions.
These workshops are always bespoke and designed to help you solve a challenge or find new ways of achieving your goals. Because of the nature of LSP, these workshops can only be held in the classroom and requires a minimum of six people to run effectively.
This is a bespoke session, which is tailored to help you solve a challenge or support your goals. Our expert facilitator will create a workshop just for you.
Here are some common types of situations where LSP can be applied:
