Would you like to transform the culture of your organisation?
Our Level 7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship Programme is practical and hands-on — designed for senior leaders who want to make a real cultural change in their workplace.
This is a Level 7 qualification and the equivalent of a postgraduate degree or MBA. But you do not need a degree to join the programme, and as an apprenticeship qualification, the focus is on implementing ideas and on-the-job learning rather than sitting in long, dull lectures.
Course Overview
What you will learn
The Level 7 Senior Leaders Programme is designed for experienced managers and executives looking to step into top-tier leadership roles. This programme equips senior professionals with the strategic mindset, executive decision-making skills, and leadership confidence to drive organisational success at the highest level.
With a strong emphasis on transformational leadership, business strategy, and financial acumen, this apprenticeship provides real-world leadership insights while allowing participants to apply new skills immediately within their organisations. Through a blend of practical learning, executive coaching, and strategic projects, you’ll gain the expertise needed to lead high-performing teams, navigate business complexities, and influence positive change.
There are no qualifications required to attend this programme. Although Level 7 is the equivalent of a post-graduate qualification, we do not require a degree to attend it.
However, English and Maths Level 2 (GCSE A*–C or equivalent) are required elements for completion of this programme. You will need to either provide your existing certificates or you will need to achieve Functional Skills L2 English and/or Maths prior to taking the End Point Assessment.
The Level 5 programme needs to be completed within 24 months, requiring a commitment of 450 hours learning in work time (6 hours per week).
This includes at least 12 in-person training days, plus online mutual support sessions and 1-1 coaching/review meetings. Learning at work means using methods covered in the course, such as working on a project, coaching colleagues, giving presentations, facilitating meetings, as well as relevant reading, TED talks and workshops.
The Level 3 programme needs to be completed within 14 months, requiring a commitment of 6 hours a week learning (in work time) for 12 months.
