They leverage deep sector expertise with in-house, tech-enabled solutions, integrating advanced data analytics and streamlined reporting, to help their customers not only meet, but surpass compliance, disclosure obligations, and Net Zero ambitions. Their experts also develop accessible strategies for SMEs, guiding them to confidently measure, plan, and verify their sustainability progress. Today, Energise’s approach supports 7.5% of the United Kingdom’s carbon footprint and positively transforms the working lives of over 630,000 people.

“Their ability to make the training feel both meaningful and enjoyable is what sets them apart. They’re perfect for leaders who want to improve their skills in a practical way. I think it’s particularly valuable for people who want to deepen their self-awareness. The programme’s balance of reflection and action has a way of making even the most complex concepts feel accessible.”

How we helped

Team happiness often rests on leadership, so Energise partnered with Happy to deliver year-long bespoke leadership programmes.

Eight of the Energise management team, including the CEOs, are enrolled in the first cohort.

“Our aim is that the first cohort will become a culture-change multiplier and ensure Energise is a fantastic place to work. It is our goal that every manager will join the programme to embody the positive values that we stand for; encouraging others to reach their full potential, whilst championing our culture and safeguarding employee wellbeing,” says Emma Lane.

“A space where you can practice new approaches in a non-judgemental setting”

“We loved the ethos of Happy, and their values felt very aligned with our own. It is also wonderful that they are on their own sustainability journey and a fellow BCorp. The training is already having an impact and inspiring the work that we do as leaders,” says Emma Lane.

“Their year-long programme stands out because it builds progressively, allowing each concept to take root before building upon it, says Laura Cristea.

“They’ve mastered the art of creating an environment where every participant, regardless of their role or experience, feels heard. The programme doesn’t just deliver leadership theory, it creates a space where you can experience and practice novel approaches in a non-judgmental setting. They bring out the best in people by encouraging vulnerability regardless of the level of seniority, which isn’t something you find everywhere.”

“I’m really enjoying the consistency of Happy’s training plan. It has clearly been designed with an appreciation for building on knowledge and awareness gained during the previous sessions, so nothing feels lost or arbitrary. During each meeting, there’s ample opportunity to share our experiences, explore our vulnerability as leaders and support each other through the challenges we’re facing. Personally, I am already reaping the rewards of understanding my own communication style on a deeper level, and the organic form it takes in a predictable, relaxed environment vs. when facing stress.”
