Diversity at work matters more than ever before. No longer can organisations ignore the huge impact that having a diverse range of perspectives has – encouraging new ideas and creative solutions. Diverse organisations win top talent, improve their customer satisfaction and have better decision making, resulting in a huge competitive advantage.
Happy’s Global Majority apprenticeship programmes are designed to amplify these voices and create a new generation of leaders who reflect the rich diversity of our society.
In this free online event on 15th October, we will start the day with a session on how to network effectively, setting you up for success. This will then be followed with an interactive networking session.
You will also hear from inspiring Global Majority leaders, including Femi Otitoju. Femi is a diversity and inclusion specialist. She has pioneered Unconscious Bias training in the UK, and is a charismatic and inspiring speaker.
